Orders are packaged and prepared for delivery within 2 business days of being placed. Exceptions may occur during holiday seasons. You will receive email notifications as your order is prepared and shipped.

Orders may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. The packing slip in your order contains the instructions for returns. A receipt must be supplied when shipping an order for exchange or refund and the package and product must be undamaged.

We do offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within the first 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

Your email receipt includes a tracking link from our shipping provider. If you are unable to locate your receipt, please contact our support team for assistance.

Not necessary! We didn't want customers to have limitations on where their Pawz Ups Cat Wall Furniture is placed. We supply industry leading drywall anchors and studs are not necessary. However we do recommend using a small drill bit before inserting drywall anchors to test to see if there is a stud. If there is, do not use the drywall anchor and just screw that wall hub directly into the stud without a drywall anchor.
